If you have taken up the Finance option with Eziplan you will have access to customise your Packages.

If you have not taken up the Finance option and wish to add to the functionality of you Eziplan System, please contact an Eziplan Account Manager on 1800 394 482, support@ezihub.com.au or by sending a message through the Help desk widget.

To find and customise the list of Packages, go to the System Management tab in the minimisable side bar on the left and select the Packages option.

You have been started with a preset list of the most common options for Aged Care and NDIS providers. You can add new Packages by selecting the "Add new package" button at the top or edit/delete from the current list by clicking on the link that is the name of the Package.

This will open up a new window where you can fill in the details required. Any field with and asterisk (*) attached is required to save the Package.

Charge to Referrer

Choose the "Yes" option if you want the Eziplan system to group Clients under the Referrer you have entered so that invoices are sent to the Referrer rather than to the Client.

Statements Enabled

Choose yes to have invoice charges imported automatically to HCP Statements.

Funding Type

Choose from this list to separate Service charges to different funding sources.

Billing Type

Choose from this list to tell the Eziplan system how to manage invoice exports.

Once you have completed filling out the appropriate details select the "ADD PACKAGE" button at the bottom to save and return to the Packages list.

When you have finished customising you Package list open the Service Types page. When you arrive there, open the Help desk widget and search for the article "Self Set Up Part 5 - Service Types".
